Is your office open on weekends?
Yes, we are open on Sundays from 9am until 3pm for all your dental health care needs
Can I make a same day appointment?
Yes. We GUARANTEE that if you call us in the morning for an appointment, you will be seen that same afternoon.
Do you evening hours so that I can come after work?
Yes, our office is open until 8pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Do you take emergency visits?
Yes we take SAME DAY emergency visits.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. We accept all major insurance plans. 6 months no interest financing payment plans available. We accept Care Credit, Medicaid (straight) accepted.
What is Care Credit?
Care credit is a payment plan that makes it easier to fit all your dental fees into your budget. It is a comprehensive range of plan options for treatment or procedure fees from $1 to over $25,000, we have a monthly payment to fit almost every budget. We offer 6 Months No Interest. If you do not accept my insurance, will you file the insurance claim for me?
Yes. Unlike a lot of dentists, we’ll actually file your claims for you, so you won’t have to bother with all that annoying paperwork.

English and Russian
Do you provide any form of transportation?
No, we do not provide any transportation.
What is the closest public transportation to your office?
Subway’s lines B and Q stop at the Kings Highway Station, which is only a 5 minute walk away. Bus line B49 stops across the street from our office. B82 bus line runs along Kings Highway and stops at a 3 min walking distance away.
Is there any parking?
There is plenty of street parking available along Ocean Avenue where Modern Dentistry is located on, so you should no have a problem finding parking in front of or across the street from our office.
Do you have an onsite oral surgeon, periodontist, implantologist and other specialists?
Yes, Modern dentistry is a multispecialty practice. If you require treatment done by any specialist, your general dentist here will work together with our board certified specialists to provide you the highest quality of dental care without having to send you out on referrals.
What kind of x-rays do you take?
We only use Digital X-Rays to insure optimum ease and the least radiation exposure possible for our patients.
What is the cost of in office teeth whitening?
In-office teeth whitening system. The fee is $399 and includes a FREE custom made take home whitening system with unlimited touchups for a LIFETIME! Our special $250 only.
Do you offer braces services?
Yes our dentists are certified Invisalign providers.
I am scared of dental treatment. Can you put me to sleep?
We administer computer generated anesthesia to control pain and anxiety during injections. While we do not offer general anesthesia (being put to sleep), our laser computerized injection technology offers a safer and effective solution to our patients with dental phobia.
